The services that Back Bedroom Motorcycle Accessories Ltd (BBMA) provides to you are subject to the following Terms of Use ("TOU"). Back Bedroom Motorcycle Accessories Ltd (BBMA) reserves the right to update the TOU at any time without notice to you.
The following is a legal agreement ("Agreement") between you and Back Bedroom Motorcycle Accessories Ltd (the "BBMA"). This Agreement governs your use of the website and is between you and BBMA for the benefit of BBMA. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you should not visit our website & if you have visited our website, you must delete the visit from your memory.
Cooling off period: In the UK, consumers have the right to a 7 day cooling off period from when they receive the goods. Goods can be returned as long as the retailer is informed during the 7 day period for a full refund & customers don't have to give a reason. But, that looks like it will cost us money, so we will take stuff back, but you'll have to pay to send it back & when it get's back we won't refund your post & packing charge & we'll deduct a 56.5% 'handling charge' 'cause we had to get off our lazy arses & order the stuff.
Payment: We use Paypal for all our payments on this website, 'cause Paypal is secure & it's never used by scammers & stuff:

Paypal also means that the only thing that ties us to this website is a Hotmail email address, which anyone can have. We did look at card processing, but for that we'd have to have a business bank account, something called a 'merchant number' & real business stuff, but taking Paypal means we just had to spend 2 minutes setting up a free email account & it didn't cost us anything!
Contacting us: We was gonna put a phone number on here, but we didn't bother 'cause we don't want people phoning us up and stuff. You can email us through the 'contact us' page & if your enquiry looks like it'll make us some money, we send you a message back within the next 78 days. If your contacting us about a motorcycle product you've bought, if it looks like your whinging, we'll just ignore you, hide behind mum's sofa & hope you go away!
Someone said the law in the UK says we are supposed to display our address on the website, but mum said she doesn't want anyone round so we didn't bother!
VAT: There is this thing called VAT, someone said we should charge VAT, 'cause it makes us look better, we don't really know anything about it though, but it looks like extra money for us!
Pictures: Some of the pictures on our website aren't very good, but, there all we could steal of other website's. Some of the items you receive might be completely different to the picture, but, the picture is only there for reference & to make the site look pretty!
Courier: Please check your items when they arrive,
all goods are not insured damage 'cause we used a 2nd rate courier & insurance would cost us more. If you do receive damaged goods, please let us know within 47 seconds of receiving your items, in the likely event that we don't bother to read your email within 7 days, we'll assume your happy & that the stuff was exactly what you wanted & intact.
This does not affect your statutory rights!
Returns: If you receive any item(s) that is different to that which you ordered or it is defective, please return it to us within 7 days from receipt using the fastest unicorn you can find. In the unlikely event that a unicorn isn't available, you may return items by mermaid. Please ensure you include a copy of the receipt that we didn't email or enclose with your order in the 1st place.
We don't offer refunds on crash helmets, even if we get it wrong because helmets are a safety item & we don't refund carriage charges & we will charge you a re stocking charge of 65.4% when you send stuff back, even if it's our fault!
Out of stock items: We regularly check that our suppliers have all the stuff we sell in stock when we see them once a year when we pretend to be real dealers at the Motorcycle Trade Expo type show. If you buy motorcycle accessories from us & we can't get them to you within 6 months, we reserve the right to string you along & ignore all contact from you until such time as it's too late for you to make a Paypal claim. If we know something is going to be out of stock, if you email us 20+ times we might respond, but we reserve the right to blame you for our cock up & send you stropy emails!
Fitment & liability: It is important that all persons or companies carrying out fitting work should competent in the task they are undertaking. The fitting of some whirly parts may necessitate the modification or removal of spinning parts. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that all items are fitted correctly & that all safety measures have been taken. If you are in any doubt please consult a professional mechanic or your mate, who apparently was a motorcycle mechanic & MOT tester for 104 years & knows everything about every motorcycle ever made & knows loads more than any dealer or anyone who works in a real motorcycle company. But don't contact us, cause were only motorcycle experts, we don't know about motorbike parts & fitting & please don't fit any faulty parts we have supplied 'cause we haven't got any product liability insurance either!
